Fees – Our Philosophy

This is a very brief guide to our fees but they are not fixed in stone and we are always open to negotiation depending upon each individual client’s circumstances. Ultimately, however, we always treat clients as we ourselves would wish to be treated by others.

Initial Discussion

We do not charge a fee for any initial discussion with potential new clients, regardless of topic. Thereafter, we only have two types of fees:

Initial Fee

Our maximum initial fee is 3% of the funds under discussion but this is rarely charged and our typical initial fee is approximately 1%. This will depend upon the complexity of the advice, the amount being invested and also the funds you may already have under management with us.

Ongoing Fee

Our ongoing fee is typically 0.5% to 0.75% per annum based on funds under management and this covers virtually all of the services we offer to clients such as regular reviews and valuations, tax planning, advice on Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorneys, remuneration strategy for Company Directors and many other financial matters. The list is simply too exhaustive to include here.

Please feel free to contact us for more details.
